• That’s on you to make a hole in your Sheetrock. Easy to do. Home Depot has the media box for what you’re wanting to do. Easy peasy.

• Yes your cables can be tucked behind the TV without showing there is an adjustment on this Mount that allows you extra space behind it. They also sell cable Outlets to set back inside your wall so that the cable cord peeks out without getting pinched

• We did run our cables through the wall and it worked out great for us so I would think if you had someone doing it for you they would be able to do that also ...
