• No. The arms are mounted to the VESA screws and they attach to the frame. There is no vertical adjustment to the system.

• Yes you can "lift" one side. There are screws that allow to precisely level the TV.

• Yes...there is a small amount of adjustment besides the different mounting holes on the bracket itself.

• Yes there are adjustment screws so that fine leveling of the tv can be done, i didn't bother with a level the second time as i know within a quarter inch would be fine.
