• Mine slides freely from side to side. I hold the outside sides of the TV, lift slightly to take pressure off the TV bracket and slide.

• The metal bracket that fastens to the wall is quite a bit longer than required. You can shift the TV a few inches side to side just by sliding the TV, provided you don’t push it off the edge of the bracket (check first). A larger move may require moving the wall bracket.
