• Yes it has plastic inserts that fit concrete installs. You will need a masonry bit and hammer drill for the drilling the hole. A drill that does not hammer will not work the hole needed is 1/2" diameter. The anchors hold very well as they set deep and the Bolts are stout, but I added a coating of liquid nails to ensure they would not pull out during adjustments of my large TV. All works well.
