A:AnswerI would not think there would be any issues. I have the same amount and a 55" Samsung as well, and had to remove it to install accent lighting and run new cables behind the wall. Everything went back together just fine.
A:AnswerCheck dimension specs online for the mounting bracket. Do not set plug behind this bracket. The important thing to know is where you want center of tv located and where mounting holes are located on rear of TV. I have experienced same problems you are asking about when switching TVs on same mount. My advice would be not to set plug until you know what TV and exact mount height. Studs I am sure will be set on 16" centers.
A:AnswerIt is a little tricky to move (takes a little finesse). I moved mine perhaps 3-4 inches, but I believe you can move it quite a bit more. I would check with Geek Squad though.
A:AnswerNo. It can be straight forward. Uninstall the mounting arms from the old TV and install them on the new TV. You may need to use different screws that came with the mount. You can also measure the bottom of the TV to the "hook" of the mounting arms to determine where the new TV is going to sit.
A:AnswerMy Sony had its own metal spacers that fit the short screws best the other were to long . If you have any doubts reach out to lg . All of these different wall mounts are universal but they work well but not always exact Example : Sony has exact fit mount but it is 350 dollars . I liked 120 better it does the same job with a little bit of guess work. Hope this helps
