A:AnswerThose two loops hanging from the bottom are release tabs. Pull down on both of those, and then tilt bottom of TV away from wall. Now that is is unhooked just lift off of mount. I suggest having two people to do this.

This is a fixed mount meaning it will not move. If you'd like a mount where you can pull it out and adjust it I would recommend looking into a full motion mount.

This mount is compatible with 100x100mm VESA patterns all the way to 600x400mm VESA patterns and this mount has a weight limit of 180lbs. So if your TV under the weight limit and has a compatible VESA pattern it should work just fine.
