“I have a tv niche right above my gas fireplace. It is about 20” deep and I want to place the Sanus Full-Motion Mount in the niche. Is this Mount able to stay extended to hold my 70” 4k HDR Smart tv that won’t fit in niche?”

This mount states that it holds up to a 90 inch. We had to place 2x4's vertical and horizontal on studs to place the main mount. It is very stable.
