No, it only comes with wood mounting hardware.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No, this is primarily a wood stud installation kit. However I've installed 15 or more of these types of mounts for 60" & 65" TV's in our commercial office space (same metal studs) and I've never put them in to a metal stud. I simply use 1/4" x 3" spring loaded toggle bolts (Home Depot SKU: 261289) with 1/4" washers (Home Depot SKU: 204825) and I put 8-10 through the mount and in to the sheet rock in a staggered pattern. Yes, this does require a 5/8" paddle bit and leaves LARGE holes in the wall (easily repaired with putty and paint) and the TV's have been up for several years with no issues. https://www.homedepot.com/p/1-4-in-x-3-in-Zinc-Plated-Toggle-Bolt-with-Round-Head-Phillips-Drive-Screw-10-Piece-803932/204273383 https://www.homedepot.com/p/Everbilt-1-4-in-Zinc-Plated-Steel-Flat-Washer-12-Pack-802481/204276451
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi There, We actually do not recommend mounting any full motion mount for metal studs as this will wear on them and destroy the integrity over time. I'd suggest going with our BLT tilt model mount. Feel free to call us for more suggestions at 800-359-5520. Kathryn @SANUS
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the Geek Squad reps install my TV Mount, so, I'm not sure. You might give Anthony (Tony) from the Davenport, Iowa, Best Buy Geek Squad a call (309) 798-9074. He is the gentleman that installed my unit in my home. Hope this helps.
