A:AnswerYou have to loosen the locking screw and remove the securement screws. Next, pull down the release ring and the lift the TV to detach from the mount arm.
A:AnswerYes it does, as long as you use the correct drills and concrete screws. The screws included will not work; you would need TapCon screws for concrete and brick, I would guess. My installation was into a concrete brick wall.
