• It holds my 70" just fine, lots of room for even wider TV. I think it will work fine for your 75". I strongly recommend you mount it into the wall studs and not the drywall so you'll be sure that it doesn't fall

• Yes, it will. To verify check on the bolt specs for your tv mine was a 60 40 and the Sanus specs give you a tolerance if your tv lands between them your good to go
