• Yes but you’ll need to jury rigg it a bit. You won’t need to buy extra parts or screws. I included a pic of how mine fit. I think I used a combination of screws and brackets from both the speaker stand kit and the sound bar kit.

• Yes it will. It comes with many attachments. I used the same screws that came with the vizio speakers and then used the metal plate that comes with the stand.
