“Do you have to unscrew the tv from the mount to take it down? I want one that possibly has some kind of latch. This will be on a screened in patio so the tv will be taken inside in severe weather.”

Sounds like this is perfect for what you're looking for. The wall side has hooks, the tv side has slots. Once you slide the tv onto the wall plate, there's a latch at the bottom; throw the latch and it's good to go.. John..
