Every Ottorbox case is different, so I cannot tell you with certainty, but it does have a straight connector that will clear most cases. My SmartMic+Di clears my Ottorbox case for my iPhone 14 Pro Max, and most other Lightning peripherals don't, which is a good indicator the SmartMic+UC will clear your case too. If you'd like measure your case, see if the case is less than half a centimeter, if it is you can be assured it will clear it. The SmartMic+UC has about 0.7 centimeters of clearance.
