If you are asking if you can plug a pair of headphone in to the receiver to monitor what is being transmitters: I would not suggest it. The output is not powerful enough to drive headphones properly because it is designed to be plugged into a mic input of a camera, recorder, mixer, etc.. If you are asking can you plug in a headset mic in to the transmitter: Yes, as long as it is a TRS headset mic.
