Some preloaded apps that come with the Samsung phones do not allow USB-C external microphone use. If that is the case with your phone, it's an easy fix. Download a third-party app for video like Camera MX. That is a free app and will work well for you. If it is still not working, please try the following. 1st: Plug in the RXUC receiver and turn on the transmitter. 2nd: Open a video or audio recording app. 3rd: if the light on the RXUC is solid blue, you are ready to record, if the light on the RXUC is blinking, you need to pair the RXUC to the transmitter.
