Yes, it works with Windows 11 & 10. If your Dell has a Thunderbolt 4 (or 3), it will work well. I love my Dock, and keep finding more ways to use it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It paired well with our new Dell XPS 15 but it is underpowered for our charging needs. I have to use the Dell charger in one TB port and the dock on the primary TB. The computer gave a prompt alerting me to the underpowered charging issue when I connected it.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It works perfectly with my brand Dell Inspiron 7500 with windows 10 and TB4 connection. Didn't want to try Win 11 just yet so got Win 10. It delivers power/charging and all 3 of my external monitors work with the proper cables to the ports on the unit. My speakers using a USB 5.1 sound and all other devices USB work. Have not an even 1 issue so far and quite happy that I have just 1 cable to all my devices. I unplug 1 cable and am mobile.
