I use a Thunderbolt to HDMI in one port and a Thunderbolt to DisplayPort in the other and it works perfectly fine with my new Macbook 14” You don’t need anything special as long as your computer supports Thunderbolt 4.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yeah the 3x TB4 ports on the dock are all true TB4 pass throughs supporting 40gbps. I'm running my LG 4K 144Hz display from this dock using a $20 TB3 to DP1.4 cable from Amazon (Maxonar). Works perfectly.
