• Hello Richard, You will need 2 wrench of same size and you can tighten it up. Make sure when you tighten up you keep it straight or ask someone to help holding it.

• The nut under the seat must be tightened more. The wrench they provide with the bike is inadequate to tighten the nut sufficiently. Use a socket wrench.

• There are two bolts on a clamp under the seat the wrench that came with bike will fit the bolts, just tighten each bolt on both sides and the seat should stop moving.
