It does. It is easier to assemble it your self then to deal with Best Buy’s customer service/delivery. It suck!!!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The heart rate monitor is located on the handles on each side of the seat. I'm not sure if there is a charge for installation. I had mine delivered in a box delivered where I plan to set it up. I just took my time putting the bike together. I've seen better instructions before. The hardest steps were plugging the cables under the seat and in the front assembly. For the front I plugged in the lower cable and then used a string to attach cable to the frame where the display units mounted.
