My husband and I are in our 70s. We were able to put our Schwinn exercise bike together. He did most of it! It came with minimal instructions. However, we searched on YouTube and found some great demos. We also found instructions on how to use all of the buttons on the bike. Who says you can’t teach old dogs new tricks! Good luck, and enjoy the smooth ride.
