Hi Krevyahn – Goal Track is built into the elliptical and allows you to track metrics such as time, distance and calories and compare to previous workouts from the console. Explore the World is a separate app where users can virtually ride or run around the world from the comfort of home, however it is not compatible with the 430. – The Nautilus Team
