Q: QuestionWhat is the maximum pedal height at the LOWEST incline? I am in a basement with a low ceiling height so at 26" I don't have enough clearance. If I know the minimum incline perhaps I'll be able to make it work

• A:Answer Make sure your bearings are greased. I use a lithium grease. Check for loosened screws on connecting parts. Lubricate the roller rails with a surface safe silicone spray on a regularly (per manual).
