QuestionI'm reading a review that claims "resistance" must be adjusted by getting off of the machine and manually adjusting. Does this mean that while following the 22 programs provided that the resistance will stay the same through each program?

- Answer Hey there - We're sorry for any confusion. The 430 elliptical has 20 levels of computer controlled resistance, so you do not have to get off the machine to adjust the resistance. The 430 elliptical does, however, provide 6 different incline options that are adjusted manually. - Answer The Schwinn 430 is great for $800.00. You can adjust the incline. The stride is quite long. With adjusting the resistance, and incline and built in long stride, you can get great workouts.
