“Hi, we just purchased one and it is INCREDIBLY loud! I have to go to a different room when my oartner was using it because it was driving me nuts ! I mean crazy loud, couldn’t hear the TV. Is this normal ? What is wronf with my bike ?”

Not normal. Mine is very quiet. I can barely hear any noise coming from the bike
