They gave you an extra fuse in the box when you bought it. You can replace the fuse that way. Usually fuses are inside the lighters end(the part you plug into your car)

If other devices do work for power then the device could be faulty and you may need to reach out to the manufacturer about taking advantage of their manufacturers warranty.
