“How can you plug the charger in the back? My charger gets plugged into the back of my Garmin. How would that work if it has a flat back to it?”

• The mount plate is optional and not necessarily needed. In my case, I used the ball socket of my garmin to mount to the ball of the Scoshe mount. Perfect fit...no need to use the plate that came in the package. It's more for if your gonna use a phone or something else that doesn't already come with a ball socket.
