How does it stick to surface null

Sticks to window perfectly. Does not stay when you stick to pad.

It adheres to the windshield great, but it will not hold the phone when try to attach the base suction to the dash in my Chrysler Pacifica. Disappointing

So I could only get it to stick to my window. The adhesive provided is not very strong so I had to use suction cup.
