• I have a semi rough surface and it holds well to that. However, the magnet isn't strong enough to keep my phone attached.

• Yes, it will stick to it. The suction cup has an additional layer of a softer/sticky material that fills all the gaps between bumps.

• My dash is bumpy and that was my main concern. But for not having a sticky substance to adhere to the dash it secures itself very well. Only time it came off was due to it sitting in direct sunlight. Once I put it back on it has not come off since then.

• Yes. It has a strong suction cup that works really well. My only issue is it sometimes let's go in the hot Florida heat. I still love it, though.
