• If you stick the pad on the back of the phone, then yes, it will, as it is a piece of metal. However, I have a lightweight transparent cover for the phone, so I stuck the pad to that. I remove the cover which takes about 2 seconds, to wirelessly charge.

• I don't use wireless charging but I put the mount on the outside of the case so if I choose later on to wireless charge, and have an issue, I can just slip it out of the case.
