I bought the same installation. It is for the LIFE of the phone; however Bestbuy has "changed their policy" and will no longer honor your paid warranty. You will have to pay 7.99 per install like people who chose NOT to buy the warranty. It's unfair, and I'm trying to make enough noise so Bestbuy knows this is inappropriate. The customer service agents can no longer access your plan details SKU 9157084. As far as they are concerned, it no longer exists.

Please try again later.As of January 2025 my local Best Buy stop replacing and putting on screen protectors for people who are not total Best Buy members which total Best Buy cost $179 I think. They said youre not a total Best Buy member you have to buy a new screen protector and pay the fee every time you need a replacement screen protector!!!!!!
