• not for free. A best buy geek squad member will look up your history if you purchased an unlimited screen protector (if no receipt) and will put one on for $8 w/tax if they can find your purchase.

• well from what the team members informed me when i purchased my screen protector they will replace any screen protector that falls ,breaks or cracks.
