Live and recorded streams are completely untouched, passing through at broadcast quality 720p and 1080i. After the free year of DVR service, DVR service is $35/year, however you can add another free 12 months any time you add another new SCRIBE or SERVIO to your network. The HDHomeRun app is compatible with the FireTV Stick. It is not compatible with Apple TV, but is compatible with iOS and can be mirrored to Apple TVs from there.
