“I can't seem to locate the "Black Dog cosmetic pack" code in any of the order confirmation emails bestbuy sent me. How do I find it or request it. I would like to get access to that beta. All I was sent was an order confirmation and release date email.”

• It’s on the card. You can only type it in 24 hours before beta launch. If you were in alpha you don’t even need the code till launch.

• The pre-order dlc should not be sent untill the launch of the game but you should get a email when the beta hits, if not just send a support ticket.
