• 5400 based on the specs on the box but it does work faster based on my experience and laptop.

• I think it's 5400 but it shouldn't matter since the logic chips in the drive cache the most used data on the 8gb SSD portion of the hard drive which is much faster than even a 10k rpm drive.

• Most hybrid drives are 7200 rpm. Very very few are 5400. I had one just like this and it was 7200rpm.
