I would recommend doing a clean Windows install if possible. The operating system is probably corrupt or has a virus. Back up all your data first before you do it. With a fresh version of Windows you can rule out the possibility of a bad drive or other hardware issues with your pc. I hope this answers your question, good luck!!!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Go into windows task manager and look at processes tab to see which program aligns with highest CPU. Try to kill that process. Also could be a virus/malware, get good scanning programs to look for issues.
