I'm not that familiar with Mac machines but can't see why it wouldn't work. I used the one I bought in a homemade Linux-based server as just one piece of the 40TB of disc memory that is installed and it was immediately recognized and added to the drive pool. Has been working flawlessly ever since.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I believe that the time capsule uses a 3.5" drive similar to those found in laptops. This is a 5.25" drive more commonly found in desktop machines.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Follow up on my question - I did install this drive in the time capsule and it worked fine. Backups are a little faster (although in the background) due to the RPM difference from the original.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you have a Time Capsule A1302. Such as can be found on: https://www.ifixit.com/Guide/Apple+Time+Capsule+Model+A1302+Hard+Drive+Replacement/2750. I see no reason that this drive would not work, for almost all Mac Mini's - the 2.5" form factor is used.
