I am a Photographer and i would like to move all my photos onto this external drive to free up space, am i able to put them on here then later put some back onto my macbook pro for editing. basically can i drag drop on the drive then back onto my mac. null

Yes, you'll just need to download the program for Mac compatibility. But other than that, yeah that'll work no problem.

Yes you can. This can function similar to a flash drive, just with a great deal more storage space. You can move files back and forth, or work with the photos directly on the external drive. The transfer rate on this drive should be just fine for working with photos. Editing videos on the drive may be a little slow.
