“I have a whole bunch of movies,pictures, and music on one computer. If i wanted to switch all that to the next computer could I buy this to do that by backing everything up on the drive then putting everything back into the new computer ?”

• Sure. You just copy your entire My Documents folder to the backup drive. All your media files should be under that folder. When you get the new computer, just copy them from the backup drive to the My Documents folder on the new system.

• Yes you would be able to copy or move and store all your files from one computer to the next. It is a very simple process, is just may take some time depending on your file size.

• Yes, the external harddrive will allow you to transfer files from one PC to another PC.
