Not sure what you saying, You got a 2TB hard drive and you want back it up with a 1TB hard drive...uh..yeah you can, except you can only save about 1/2 of it, so your gonna have to buy another 1TB hard drive to save everything from your 2TB hard drive. Makes sense to me, at least
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Once my drive has backed up, I check the log, and if it shows a successful backup, I then check Seagate in Explorer for a date corresponding. If it is there, then I just unplug the drive. I've had no problems.
