“I have this harddrive and use it for xbox one I had it plugged in and bought a new game the digital version and it said I needed storage on the console itself so I unplugged it and made room then I plugged it back up and it wont come on what do I do ?”

Throw it away. They die fast.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You can try going to main settings and storage to reformat the portable hard drive. Also try plugging into pc to reformat as "fat" or "exfat" and this will hopefully resolve the problem.
