“I have window7 computer and show that Error code :BIOHD-3 , So can I backup data from my old computer? And if I can show me how? Also do I need any tools?”

Hello Yeye, Since you are getting an error code when connecting the Seagate Backup Plus Hub to the Windows 7 computer, we'll need to troubleshoot the device.
