“Is this compatible with playstation 4?”

• It is compatible for a backup as advertised, not for extended storage on ps4 for gaming. Found this out the hard way, if you want a drive for extended storage its safest to buy a "gaming drive" to make sure you dont waste your money like i did.

• Yes it is, also if you're feeling confident and dont want it sitting on your ps4, you can just open up the case and then unwrap it and install it as an internal hard drive. I did this to my ps4 when the hdd gave out
