Reformat the drive as ExFAT. Essentially, it's a file system that's both readable and writable on any modern Mac or Windows machine (Cannot be used if your a Leopard users).
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If the drive is formatted in HFS+ then no, your best bet is to format the drive in ex-fat which is compatible with both Mac & Windows. Fat32 also works with both but has a 4GB file limitation so ex-fat is better if dealing with larger files.
