• I’m absolutely positive that this will work with the PlayStation 5, but hear me out. PS5 games have to be installed on the internal storage. Only PS4 games will be able to be installed on this.

• Unfortunately the PS5 is only 875gb instead of 1tb like the PS4 is. I only have 4 games on my PS5 and I'm out of storage already. Can't wait for Sony to come out with a pS5 external hard drive.

• You can still use it but since the ps5 already comes with the same amount of storage as the Seagate. I would just keep it just in case if the ps5 wouldn’t have the storage you’re looking for.
