- Answer PC cannot recognize the file system. You'll need partition software or defrag utility. Once formatted ntfs pc will see it. Then you'll need to reformat to use it on xbox for games.

- Answer It is compatible but will crash if you allow the drive to idle. While not in use and plugged in for long periods of time it will start clicking as if its running a checksum to restore sectors of the drive. Its trash don't buy this product.

- Answer Yes it will work but it would be better if you bought an SSD and external 3.0-3.1 housing built it yourself and formatted it with your xbox.
