I then used the black one as a regular external drive for my computer and it works great. You will probably just have to format it to be compatible with your computer. It seems to be a better internal hard drive than the ones in the black ones because it seems faster than the black 4tb that I have.

This particular unit is a "game hub" for xbox because it has an "Xbox" logo on the side and it is white to match the console.
