“Why does Best Buy feature customer photos of this all outside but box clearly states for indoor use only - then other comments state it gets ruined and no longer works when rained on? Can I return this item after it rains and gets ruined?”

Mine has been outside for 3 weeks and still works fine.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This would be a question for the manufacturer and their warranty. The box clearly states "indoor" use. Mine will be used on a front porch under a roof. The electronics shouldn't get wet. I don't know Best Buy's policy on this but would imagine they abide by the manufacturer's warranty.
