    • Answer To turn on the Segway C2 Lite Kids Electric Scooter: Press and hold the power button on the handlebar stem until the lights come on. Kick forward to start moving — the scooter uses a kick-to-start system. Once rolling, press the thumb throttle on the right handlebar to engage the motor.
