A:AnswerHi Bob, thank you for your question. No license is required in most states in the US. Please refer to local laws and regulations for license requirements.
A:AnswerHi Myles,
We do not have batteries for the X260 at this time. We will have them in the near future, please do come back and check periodically for update on future items for the dirt bike. The max payload for the X260 is 220.5 lbs. This is the recommended weigh for this dirt bike. A heavier payload might limit the bikes ability to perform properly.
Thank you
A:AnswerHi RJ, thank you for your question. Segway offers two different Dirt eBikes. The dims of both are listed below for your reference.
Dimensions (L × W × H)
x160 - 71.7 × 29.1 × 40.2 inch
x260 - 74.2 × 30.7 × 41.3 inch
A:AnswerHi Dave, thanks for your question. Unfortunately, I don't have specific information on Best Buy's return policy. Please refer to Best Buy for details.
A:AnswerI don’t think you can register as is, I’ve heard people doing some stuff then sneaking it through. And no it’s not legal on street. Just don’t drive like an idiot and you’ll be fine
A:AnswerYes the seat height can be adjusted. User manuals can be download on Segway website that should include instructions. User manuals are also included on all products upon purchase.
A:AnswerYou can make the same changes with the surron as Segway. The Segway has an app to support power and recharge settings whereas the surron requires you to use a plug adapter and pull the break lever X times to make changes. The app shows exact battery charge percentage vs the battery shows bars for levels above 40%.
Segway support is ridiculous. My unboxed bike safety feature of turn off the throttle when the break is pulled doesn't work and Segway support said that they tell everyone to disable that safety feature rather replacing or fixing my brand new bike. The second bike I bought has no issues and works correctly. Not sure if Luna cycles or your local Segway bike dealer would have better support or not.
