• There's nothing on the Segway site for C80 spare parts so I would assume it's not available yet. You can plug the charger directly into the battery outside of the bike.

• Hello, We do not have extra batteries for purchase at this time. Once we have them for purchase you will see all the specs on price and if can be charged outside the bike. Thank you for very much for this question and we hope to have the battery soon.
